*sigh* It’s almost been a year and I am still furious over Greg Neufeld being sent home during last season of Canadian Idol. Oh well, he came in seventh place and there’s nothing I can do about it. He’s honestly one of my favourite contestants of ANY Idol show ever! Because I love him so much (bear with me, okay?) here’s his audition and him singing “This Love.”

He does that Damien Rice song so much justice… It’s gorgeous. He also has played “Say It To Me Now” from the “Once” soundtrack. Chills!!!
I agree! He’s so good. I spent a day last week watching every video that he’s in on Youtube – I can’t believe he performs Damien Rice live when he tours! I’m so jealous.

Aw, Greggy! He was my favorite too. Still love him to this day. I saw him live a few times this past winter, and he’s just totally amazing. So much better than on the show!
BTW, his first performance is called “This Love”. :)
