When Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise went shopping on November 24th, the paparazzi got some excellent and adorable pictures of Suri. She looks so beautiful in her blue dress, hanging on to her baby doll and walking around NY doing some shopping.
Tom Cruise recently spoke to Entertainment Tonight and was saying that Suri will not wear pants. She hates them! She is a girlie-girl through and through and only wants to wear dresses.
Tom also commented on trying to protect his kids from the paparazzi. He said, “As a parent you protect your children, but Suri is a very open and warm child and she’ll just wave to people on the street. She’s such a happy, fun girl.”

Suri is just precious! I remember when my daughter was that age and I really miss having the dollies around. Then again, I don’t miss the terrible 2’s. Having gone through it 3 times, I can assure you that was quite enough. LOL!

Hmmmm. I’ve made no secret of the fact that I wish Tom and Katie would protect Suri even more than they do. I’ve seen so many pictures of Suri looking quite miserable and bothered around the paparrazi. She doesn’t seem “open and warm” in those pictures (not that she should). She seems frightened and uncomfortable. Then again, perhaps when the photographers are gone, she opens up.
One of the reasons I would NOT want to be an actor, and especially above the line talent, is the loss of privacy and the toll it takes on children despite the fact that they have nothing to do with the career their parents chose. That lifestyle is not for me and not something I would want for my children.
Idon’t know if anyone else saw the video that went with these pics, you can see that Suri is as much headstrong and determined as she is sweet an adorable, Ithink Katie is a good mum, in that she tries to talk her way through things with Suri, she certainly is a little character thats for sure, I would love to hear her talk too.

…looks fine to me… and why shouldnt she be, shes got a great mommy and dad who both seems to really love her… although, the girl must really hate coats or something…oh well, maybe she got overheated in the store and needed to cool off on the way to the next.
Suri looks adorable as always, and as always Katie looks absurd. What “look” is she trying to go for here: wayward gypsy? wife of a mormon polygamist? 1970’s concert attendee at a Heart concert? I cannot stand any of her outfits…at JJ there are more of her in ripped shorts with opaque tights and heels. She’s such a joke.
sometime during the day when the pics were taken Suri had a liitle white jacket on and sunglasses, she’s so cute.
You’re right Jenna, not crazy about Katie’s outfit neither must be style in Europe because she once said that she like Euro style.
Jenna will never understand why you are always bashing Katie and what she wears. yet, you continue to go to this site daily with your comments…admit it, you only wish you could look or dress 1/2 AS GOOD AS KATIE!
Jenna, I understand your criticisms of Katie’s outfits, after all you are entitled to your own opinion but please, the rules here are clear. No insults to Tom or Katie. Calling Katie a joke is insulting her. You may not like her style, but it is her life and she is not telling you how to dress now is she?
No, this isn’t a look in Europe but I like the way she dresses. Nobody can say she just goes to any old department store and dresses like everyone else. But I still don’t get the no-coat thing with Suri. My family lives on the East Coast of the U.S. and three days ago my mother told me it was frigidly cold. Everyone in the background of these photos is bundled up.
Even the baby of Surie get off his coat. On the 4 picture, he has long sleeves…
Never Leah! The only thing I wish was that I was as tall as her. I am jealous of her height. Anybody’s height that is!

I do think she has great taste in shoes, but the majority of her outfits (except for the shoes and Birkin bags LOL) could be put together at Target.
If she didn’t try to so hard, people wouldn’t notice, but she obviously spends a great deal of her off time clothes shopping. Hard to say without knowing her, but I’d bet she has an addiction.
I think Suri is cute…however Katie copying her daughter isnt. Also, Katie looks ugly these days..what happened to good fashion..she seems to take her own advice..bad idea.
children at this age in development enjoy dressing themselves and having their own personality. It is so sad she has to live with a shopoholic mother who doesnt let her be a child because she cares so much about portraying an image.

I thought the purpose of this site was to express how much we enjoy our actors. For those of you that come to this site with hostility and venom — you are clearly off course. It’s not appreciated by the Tom/Katie fans when you come to the site and contaminate the environment with vicious and virulent comments.

As for Katie Holmes’ attire… she is apparently expressing her own eclectic artistic view. Embrace what she chooses for herself; it doesn’t impact us personally. I’m happy to see that she has an opinion of her own! She happens to be very “Artsy”. I have numerous friends in the performing arts that express themselves the same way. They are all interesting people — get to know these types of people… they are fascinating!!

Annie, I clicked on the “video” link in your email thinking I’d see a cute video of Suri. Instead I got “An Invitation to Church,” asking me if I thought I would go to Heaven, etc. Why are you proselytizing on a fan site?

The video that went with the pics is on Gossip Girls, that little girls face and expressions are just so adorable, the way Suri talks to her doll, is just so cute, she seems to talk so much, also there is a video of Suri, again on GG blowing kisses and waving to the paps under the heading of SC number 1 Hollywood tot(something like that) and the other video is under the heading of SC Goes shopping with her doll. I saw a very happy little girl in both videos. I have become very sus of the way certain sections of the media portray the Cruise family, I really have.
