CW is close to renewing America’s Next Top Model for a thirteenth cycle, which would air in the Fall of 2009, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Considering that ANTM was the CW’s highest rated show this cycle, with the finale pulling in 4.8 million viewers and ranking number 1 for 18-34 year-olds in the time slot, there’s no reason for the CW not to renew it.
We also know that Nigel Barker has signed a contract until Cycle 16 of ANTM. While that’s a promising sign, if CW decides to pull the show, they can always buy Nigel and the other judges out of their contract.
I wonder if the CW is putting together some sort of package for Tyra. It was announced last week that her talk show would be moving to the station. If Stylista is renewed, that’s three of CW’s major shows that Tyra plays a role in.

I hope the show comes back because I enjoyed very much.
