I thought it was one of the best seasons we have had in awhile photo-wise. I think Nicole and Laura are really what made the season good though.

People all over the internet have been trying to figure out what the song playing in the middle of the runway show on the the cycle 13 finale was. And we finally have some answers, I think this would make a great blog entry.
The song is called “DO it Big” by ALEX LEE. Interestingly enough, she had a song called “Hotter” on the finale of cycle 10 during the Versace runway show and the same thing happened. Everyone was trying to figure out who this obscure artist was. It looks like she’s doing big things for herself.
Supposedly she is coming out with a solo record NExt year. She is also coming out with a record with the band she is in called Le VICE. they are based out of San Francisco and are planning to drop their debut record in January of 2010.

I thought it was okay overall. I like the winner and the runner-up although I also liked Erin too and hope she gets signed as she has a good look. The shoots weren’t crazy (badly executed and photoshopped but not bad). The judging panel was so-so since there seemed to be no real disagreement with Tyra. The guest models except for Marisa Miller were wasted in that like Marisa, it would have been good for the girls to actually get to interact with them. The runway was pointless. Except maybe for Nicole (and that’s highly doubtful) none of these girls are getting near a runway. It would have been better to concentrate on stuff that petite models actually do. I’m looking forward to C14.

i thought the season was actually pretty good. it wasn’t a wreck like c12 and the photos were,in general, quite good.
