If you are like me, you love to dance as well as watch dancing. And anyone who has done much dancing knows what wonderful exercise it is!
These days, there are a ton of dancers and dance shows that have created their own fitness dance routines. I decided that the best way for me to supplement my own workout regimen would be to add the fun of dance. So I went out and purchased seven of them. I plan to review each one, over the next seven days. Then, if you have been thinking about buying a dance fitness DVD, you can have some input to help you decide which ones are right for you.
