Daniel Radcliffe has splashed out $4.9 million on another New York apartment.
The ‘Harry Potter’ actor – who already owns a two-bedroom $4.3 million Manhattan home – has now purchased a three-bedroom property in the cosmopolitan city.

He plants to use the the Manhattan one as a rental, and will stay at the NY one when he does his Broadway run of Equus. Real estate is always an excellent investment; it’s good to see him using his money wisely!
