So Daniel Radcliffe, who at 19 is legally able to drink in the UK, can’t go to the pubs here in the US because the drinking age is 21. Here’s what he had to say about it:
“My first night in New York we all went out and I was like, ‘Yeah let’s do it!” And then I was like, ‘The drinking age is what?’”
But Radcliffe insists that he will return to New York following his 21st birthday, so he can enjoy boozing in the town.
He adds, “It’s okay – I’ll be back in a few years.”

Ahh, I can only assume how upset he is about it. I mean, that is something you have to get used to…
