Did you think Real Housewives of New Jersey Danielle Staub would take her off season time quietly, surfing profiles on wealthymen.com and attending fashion parties with her daughter Rebecca in the effort that someone out there would turn Danielle’s dream of working as a Ford model into reality? Yeah, right. The lady of the “I swear I haven’t had much work done” look of eternal surprise Danielle was testifying about a fight with cast mate Jacqueline Laurita’s daughter, Ashley Holmes. Yeah, that one who’s stepfather bought her a car Jacqueline tried to hide in one of their 17 garages.
Unlike the Orange County courts, who denied Bravo the right to film Real Housewives of Orange County Gretchen Rossi’s restraining order proceedings against Jay Photoglou, the courts in Wayne, New Jersey were happy to be part of the fun, and North Jersey.com reports Danielle showed up with a crew in tow. Danielle told the story of being threatened by Jacqueline Laurita and table-flipping cast member Teresa Guidice after the gang participated in a fashion show at a local country club. NorthJersey.com reports that her bodygaurd found her hiding, picked her up and took her to her car, where Ashley came to defend her momma’s honor.
Ashley admits to pulling Danielle’s weave, but claims she did it because Danielle hit Jacqueline. Jacqueline says that she never hit Danielle. She’s probably happy to get Ashley out of the house and in jail, so she can spend time with her husband. Did anyone else ever get the feeling last season that Jacqueline deeply resented Ashley’s existence?

When you have a 17 year old, you resent their existence whether you’re with their father or not. Yay, parenting.
