American Idol finalist, Chris Daughtry, plans to stay at the top of the charts with a whole new album. His band, Daughtry‘s debut, self-titled album was recently crowned the most popular of 2007 by Billboard so I’m sure he’s hoping for a repeat performance.
He recently told Reuters, "It’s a little early to tell. We’re doing some writing when we have the opportunity, and we’re going to be working on getting it out some time hopefully next year — when we get it right."
I cannot wait to hear what Chris comes out with. This first album did so well that following up can be a little scary but look at Carrie Underwood – "Carnival Ride" is doing just fine :)
