Have you heard David Archuleta’s song “Zero Gravity” yet? It isn’t on his album and it hasn’t been released anywhere but he performed it live during a performance in Richmond, Virginia last week.
I like it a lot but it’s pretty different from anything on his album (which I loved when I reviewed it!). I think you can tell that he hasn’t performed this song too often since, even though he was great, he didn’t seem as comfortable as he does when he sings other songs. What do you think? Do you like it?

Check out his performance of this song in the Philippines. He totally rocked it! The dancing and bouncing is a great bonus as well. :)
He got a lot more into it in Boise. He was like jumping up and down and moving across the whole stage! I love it! When will it be released??
I love the zero gravity song! It is a fun fast song that makes you want to dance. Check out the later tour dates…like House of Blues or Idaho…he gets so into the song. Lots of fun! :)
OMG what was Jive thinking.Zero Gravity is so awesome. The vocals are to die for. When Jive wakes up this will be a very big hit for David. I love every thing David sings. He will be my Idol forever.
Yes “Zero Gravity” is the HIT of David’s Solo Tour, but you MUST listen and watch “DON’T LET GO” and “BARRIERS”!!!
David gets TOTALLY lost in these two songs especially “DON’T LET GO” which he co-wrote. There is so much passion, conviction, feeling of desperation that all you can do is just stare at him and feel it down to your bones!!!
“My Hands” has always been my favorite, but after the Tour “Don’t Let Go” and “Barriers” are a very close second. Did you guys check out what he did to “My Hands” at the end? I’t to die for, what runs, what vocals simply DELICIOUS!!

I thought he performed it very well…I don’t know what you mean when you said he didn’t perform it comfortably…i thought it was one of his best of the night!

I love David’s album, LOVE IT. Zero Gravity is completely on another level. I saw David perform it in Lancaster and Allentown. To say he’s comfortable performing it now is a complete understatement. WOW, this song is amazing!….and LIVE is almost overwhelming. I videod it in Lancaster…check out my channel apmvp05 on YouTube. Truly Amazing! You won’t be able to get it out of your head….and you’ll be happy about that!
Zero Gravity ROCKS! You may not think he is comfortable in this version, but check out the Lancaster and Allentown videos. He is a dancing, hopping, spinning maniac. VERY comfortable singing it now and all the crowds go crazy for it!

WOW! I heard the partial studio produced version also and all I can say is – where’s the rest of it?! David gets better with each performance, not only with Zero Gravity, but also with all of the songs on his set list. David is my American Idol, always has been and always will be. Each performance is NEW – there is always something DIFFERENT. He is definitely a force to be reckoned with! GO DAVID JAMES!!
Guess what, I heard a partial of the studio produced version of this song yesterday! He is so good, he totally makes this song SOAR. I can’t listen to it without bopping around and singing along – lol! When you watch his progression on this song in his concerts he gets more and more into it (like you say about his other songs.) I think it helps that it has been a BIG crowd favorite. Thanks for sharing with everyone.
It’s funny to watch this first performance after having now seen the more recent performances. It’s night and day how comfortable he is with it now. And his falsetto is much better now too.
I saw him in Richmond–AWESOME–and each time he sings it he ROCKS even more!!
I think it is a great song! Very easy to dance to! It really shows David’s potential as a song writer. Love it! I hope it is re-recorded with his ad-libs and then released!

I just saw david perform it live last night in Northampton and he has definitely taken control of it–it was awesome!
