This young man is no run of the mill, manufactured young pop singer. He is a serious artist – vocally gifted and versatile, able to slay you with a ballad or a more uptempo song like Crush. Branching out into acting via this show gives him yet another platform to share with us his enormous talent. I think the anticipation for this first album is palpable! I truly hope David has had fun making this album as I think that will show through in the final product. I’m also happy with a variety of anything Archuleta right now – like you said. Perhaps that will help him find the direction he wants to go with the NEXT album!
