Even though David Beckham is scheduled to return to the Los Angeles Galaxy on March 8, AC Milan has added him to their UEFA Cup player list, even though this means he can only play a handful of games.
Milan’s coach Carlo Ancelotti sees nothing wrong with the move, as David is currently “indispensable” to the club.
”We have included Beckham in the UEFA Cup list because he is doing very well,” Cancelotti told the press. ”We want to take advantage of his form for the two games against Werder Bremen (on February 18 and 26).”
I think that makes sense. You might as well play your best players whenever you can. However, this addition has only further fueled the rumors that David will not be returning to the Galaxy as promised.
