David Beckham received the call up to play for his national team. David considers playing for his country the greatest honor a footballer can have, so I’m very pleased and excited for him. David was one of 24 UK players called up for the World Cup qualifiers, which will take place next month, when they play Kazakhstan and Andorra.
England is currently in first place in Group Six for qualifying, with a 5-0 record.
