David Sutcliffe in “Misconceptions”

David Sutcliffe MisconceptionsDavid Sutcliffe (Christopher Hayden on Gilmore Girls) stars in the upcoming release Misconceptions.

The film follows the story of Miranda Bliss (AJ Cook), a religiously conservative, married woman who receives a message from God telling her to become a surrogate mother for a gay couple. The couple, a Jewish doctor (David Moscow) and an African-American choreographer (Orlando Jones), are very excited… so much so that

David Sutcliffe stars as Parker Bliss Sr, Miranda’s husband. The couple are reeling after the death of their only son, Parker Jr, and are not ready yet to have more kids of their own. Miranda, herself opposed to gay marriage, and Parker, an anti-gay activist, so you can see how troublesome this could be. Add in that Miranda agrees to be the surrogate without telling Parker… the whole story is complex in its workings, but tells a touching story about love and grief and, of course, misconceptions.

No Claire, I am in the US but we are getting season 7 now too so lots of David.

I have always had a wonderful experience with netflix. I don’t know if it delivers there.

“Before you say I do” was a made for TV movie that aired this February on Hallmark channel. They replayed it last week. “Cake” is another chick flick with him Heather Graham and Taye Diggs. It was cute.
Did you see the youtube video from one of the tabloid shows? They were trying to say David was the reason for Kate Walsh’s divorce because she was spending too much time with him when he was on “Private Practice”

@Jennifer, Oooh are you UK based then Season seven is rockin up our screens! You gotta love E4!

I know David in Testosterone all I can say is PHWOARRR! I’ve been on a David kick too, I adore Christopher *swoons* am slightly worried that my on/off boyf reminds me of him in VERY many ways! Apart from the knocked up at 16 thing!!!

I’ll have to get some more of his stuff – you say netflix is best?

yes, the mustache is terrible. he is in a good will and grace episode. i recommend that. what’s funny is that he plays grace’s old boyfriend from high school. a few episodes later, scott patterson plays grace’s major crush from high school. its too funny, and only GG fans get it! the episode scott is in is hilarious, btw :)

Thanks for agreeing! I can never seem to find people who love David as much as I do. People always associate him with Christopher. I have been on a David kick lately since his character has been on a lot of GG episodes lately. I’ve been renting a lot of his movies from netflix. In a lot of them he plays the charming guy. “Cake” and “Before you say I do” were cute. “Murder in the Hamptons” is great too and “Testosterone” hmm, he is a mighty adorable gay stalker.

OMG he looks utterly ridiculous and I still think he is sexy as hell! What is wrong with me?! As Jennifer says, the chemistry he has with his fellow actors is incredible – I loved the way he portrayed Christopher.

He looks a little like William H. Macy with that mustache!

I love David Sutcliffe, I think he is so sexy and has a ton of chemistry with his fellow actors (even when he is making out with Antonio Sabado Jr) but the mustache and southern accent are horrible!
