David Henrie just updated Twitter and let us know that today is Day 1 of shooting for the “Wizards of Waverly Place Movie”.
The whole cast is in Puerto Rico right now for about 6 weeks to film the movie. From the pictures David has been posting, it looks absolutely beautiful there! I hope they have great weather so they can both work hard and play hard.
Jake T. Austin spilled to J-14 magazine some WOWP movie details. He said, “We are shooting the film in Peurto Rico, starting in February. I don’t know the release date, but you guys have to check it out and watch it. It’s going to be great! There’s a lot of new twists and turns, new characters and it’s definitely something to watch.”
IMDB has the release date set for 2009, but that can definitely change! Disney has two more DCOM’s to release on the Disney Channel – Hatching Pete and Princess Protection Program. Can’t wait to see those!
