Slowly but surely the whole cast of “Camp Rock 2” are making their way to Toronto, Canada for filming. Who’s already there? Well, we know for sure that Demi Lovato, Jordan Francis and Matthew “MDot” Finley are! The Jonas Brothers haven’t arrived yet according to Demi who tweeted, “@Jonasbrothers Hurry up and get your butts to Canada.. I miss yall!”
So we know that “Camp Rock 2” has a lot of dancing in it and Demi has been very busy practicing her moves. She tweetd yesterday, “9 hours of dance today….. Woo! Let’s do it!” Wow, 9 hours! And she’s back at it again today.
“Camp Rock 2” follows Mitchie (Demi Lovato), Shane, Jason, Nate (Jonas Brothers) and their friends as they return to Camp Rock for another great summer of music and fun. However they soon learn that a new state-of-the-art music/performance camp, Camp Star, has opened across the lake and has lured away many of Camp Rock instructors and campers — putting the future of Camp Rock in jeopardy.
And when Camp Star’s hotshot performer, Luke Williams, challenges Camp Rock to a musical showdown to see which camp really has the stronger musical talent, everyone prepares for the ultimate battle of the bands.
Meanwhile, in a classic "Romeo and Juliet" twist, Nate (Nick Jonas) falls for the daughter of the owner of the rival camp.

hee, hee; “meanwhile, in a classic “Romeo and Juliet” twist, Nate (Nick Jonas) “falls for the daughter of the owner of the rival camp”… nyaii. ummm, that sounds a lot like it was thrown in to the story, strictly for Jonas appeal. i mean, “Nate” didn’t even have much of a part in the first “Camp Rock” movie, and now he has his own subplot in the 2nd one.
subplots like this one should naturally develop throughout a series to be believable, otherwise the smart kids will easily find the holes and just blankly stare at the singing, playing and dancing.
would i watch it?
