Although David Beckham’s L.A. team Galaxy lost to Real Salt Lake in a tough match during the MLS in Seattle, he has returned to L.A. and is quite positive. He wrote on his personal blog on Monday that he’s proud of his team despite losing the game 5-4.
He describes the game as ‘there wasn’t much in it’ and after 90 minutes they were tied 1-1. If you have played soccer or know soccer fairly well you’ll know that this is frustrating and tiring.
On his blog David says Galaxy played a great year over all and that he thinks next year will be better!
But this year I feel we’ve played well as a team and been successful, and it’s definitely something we can build on for next season, and hopefully go one better.
Despite the loss David Beckham played a great game and in all of these pictures proves that he was kicking butt. He may describe the game as having ‘nothing in it’ but these photos say otherwise.

After the game he met up with his two sons who were watching in the audience. He’s a kick ass soccery player but he’s also a kick ass Dad!
