I love it when TomKat take out their adorable Suri Cruise for the world and my blog to see. Yesterday we were lucky to get LOTS of pictures of this adorable mother and daughter duo. Here’s what they were up to in Paris:
The mother and her drowsy daughter started out early, spending nearly an hour at Dior’s main shop on Avenue Montaigne while heavy rains and fall-like weather lashed the city.
Afterwards, Suri showed considerable enthusiasm tearing into a croissant across the street, at the restaurant L’Avenue.
From there, it was on to a one-hour privately guided tour of the Louvre, where Suri seemed more interested chasing pigeons across the art museum’s courtyard than in the treasures inside.
According to one eyewitness, "Suri was napping when Katie got to the Mona Lisa."
Striking out for the Rue St. Honoré, they next hit Lanvin for 90 minutes, where Katie picked up several shirts for Tom before lunch upstairs in the Laduree tearoom. Then it was off to designer John Galliano’s signature boutique.
Shortly after exiting the restaurant, however, Holmes – in white heels and carrying Suri – was a victim of the slick sidewalk. "Katie slipped and fell," said a bystander. "She seemed a little shocked but protected the baby. A bodyguard started to help her up, she handed him the child first and then straightened herself out."
The observer added, "She’d scraped her knee … Afterwards, she went into the Galliano shop for a few moments to check her knee."
Holmes cleaned up and changed shoes, according to the bystander. "When, she came out, things were fine. They went off shopping again. This time she had Suri walk, and they continued on."
Several blocks later they were at Tom & Mom’s favorite infant wear boutique, Baby Tuileries. Holmes last shopped there on her husband’s recommendation in October.
After a drive to the luxury Hotel George V – where Holmes changed outfits – there was time for just one more excursion to the Marais, for stops at a flower shop and a clothes boutique, before departing Paris at 7 on a private jet from Le Bourget.

I have not seen Suri wear the same outfit twice.
Do you think they donate her outfits? I think she dresses very nicely. Clearly Tom Cruise likes her to wear dresses because that’s what she usually wears and pretty dresses at that. I think Tom Cruise is the one that suggests the wardrobe for Suri and his wife.
nguzman, I think its Katie who buys Suri and Tom’s clothes. I’ve seen a lot of pics where Katie has bought Tom some clothes so I would think its Katie who suggests the wardrobe for her husband and child. Actually while she was in Paris according to People.com she bought Tom lots of shirts.
