DialIdol’s Predictions

DialIdol is software that automates the voting process (so you don’t need to worry about busy signals). It’s a great service, but it’s also a view into people’s voting patterns. Maybe not in a good way (if you were wavering between two contestants and saw one was “sure” to go home, you might not vote for them).

Either way, the latest predictions are out:

Ace going home? Well, based on past performances sure. Last night’s wasn’t amazing, but judged purely on performances, Kellie’s was far worse.

That said, we all know this isn’t a singing competition. It’s a popularity contest loosely based around singing. And Ace’s popularity has been plummeting for weeks. He doesn’t deserve to be in the Final 4, but I still maintain Kellie was far worse.

Later today I’ll have the wrap-up of the web’s opinions on last night, and make a definitive call on who’s going home tonight :)
