American Idol season 3 runnerup, Diana DeGarmo, was spotted on the red carpet at this year’s CMA Awards. Diana has been finding her niche in the country music world after appearing on CMT’s Gone Country.
I thought she looked incredible in her black dress and strappy shoes! I liked her makeup a lot too. Sometimes stars really overdo it at these events but I think this simple, understated look is a real winner!

Lyrics to Song:
“Someday”
Show: Oz The Musical
Performed by: Diana DeGarmo
Sometimes on days much like today
I wish as much as my heart will allow
Four Stars to come carry me away
So far from here I’ve had enough of Kansas for now
Miles and miles from anywhere we’ve been
There has to be a place where we fit in
Far away where it’s okay to stand up from the crowd
No one there to tell us to keep our heads out of the clouds
Chorus:
Theres gotta be someplace, some where, some space
Theres gotta be somplace just make believe
We will find that place someday
