There are always rumors about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie every time you turn around. As we well know, not all of them are nice rumors either. But this is the kind of “maybe it’s true, maybe it’s not” story that I like.
There’s some speculation that Brad Pitt bought a new eco home over in the UK. The house, sold for $14 million and change, is in Cotswold, England it the design is really nice and unique. It includes a heat pump underground, geothermal heating/cooling, and both solar and wind power. Apparently the house is made in such a way that it will actually produce more energy than it uses itself.
It definitely sounds like the kind of house that Brad Pitt would be all over, what with the energy efficient homes he’s hoping for in New Orleans. The buyer is currently anonymous, but the speculation is based on the fact that Brad looked at the plans for the house and the buyer is connected to the entertainment industry.
Check it out. What do you think of it? I think it looks like a great design and it’s definitely believable that Brad would be interested in it.

I hope Angie gives birth in Europe. Europe is such a romantic place. Well I think that, maybe its because I’m American or something.
Rice topic- The rice is increasing alot!!! My mom says its because people are over stocking up (we bought ten bags before the price went up) making stores run out of rice so they therefore have to raise their prices to keep rice in stock. I think she’s wrong though.
Gas prices are also up too!!! Like 3 50 now or is it just Massachusetts.

isacutie – for breakfast?! I love rice but I don’t think I’ve ever had it for breakfast.
Our gas is crazy here too. Today it was $1.33 (Canadian) per liter. I’m not sure what that equals in US dollars but it’s HIGH for us. I remember not that long ago it was under a dollar.

Sherry for breakfast my parents and a lot of asians like rice soup or whatever its called. Its like rice with water or something. All I know is that when I was in china they ate it every single morning. And I just hate it. It’s plain and disgusting. I eat rice twice a day. And I’m pretty sure the rice my family buys is from thailand.
Gas prices in Mass, USA is like $3.50(USA) a gallon. It use to be under $3. Sorry for not being specific. I forget we’re not all from the same place. Sorry.

Sherry, yep, I do have rice for breakfast most days. Some days, I have bread, but generally, I prefer rice. Many Filipinos have rice for breakfast.
As for gas prices, it’s been going up almost every other week here as well. It’s now about USD 1.15/liter. For us, that is quite high because minimum daily wage here is about USD 8.30.

OT – Yes, rice for breakfast/lunch/dinner for Filipinos in/from the old country. There’s a rice porridge called lugao, sometimes fried rice, or steamed rice to accompany other breakfast foods. Rice = bread for other peoples.

Well, that building is certainly unusual – love that it’s environmentally green. I’d have to see it for real before I could decide if I liked it. Brad is certainly a forward-looking man when it comes to architecture – so he may like it if there’s any truth to the rumor. I wonder what Angelina’s taste in architecture is, or if she defers to Brad in this matter.

Irma, my husband feels the same way. He says that rice is more filling than even pasta. When we were younger sometimes he would have it for breakfast with two fried eggs on top.
