Did Lindsay Like Sam’s Song?

Yesterday I posted the video of Sam singing her song ‘In and Out of Love’ to Lindsay Lohan while they were at Genghis Cohen. I got some comments that perhaps Lindsay wasn’t flattered by the song, which has lyrics about a rather turbulent relationship. There’s speculation that the song was written by Sam some time ago, but I can’t confirm or deny this.

However, thanks to your sleuthing, here are some longer videos of Sam & Lindsay at the restaurant during the performance. In it, Sam explains that the song is for Lindsay, but that it’s rather bittersweet. “You get your heart broken sometimes, then you unbreak it, and break it again” Sam mumbles. You can hear Lindsay in the background joking that she hated it, though you can tell she’s fine with it now.
