It appears that Michael Lohan did violate a protection order for calling his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller landing him temporarily behind bars Monday, according to a spokesman for the Suffolk County Police Department, E! Online reported.
Muller had the order taken out against Lindsay Lohan’s dad in March after he allegedly threatened to killer her.
Michael Lohan, who plead guilty to the misdemeanor charge of aggravated harassment, has been released on bail, according to E! Online.
But, as always, Michael Lohan, said he will present authorities with evidence that he was falsely accused.
Who wants to bet there’s an audio tape involved?
“I wish Erin the best and hope she finds whatever it is she is looking for,” Michael Lohan told E! Online.
In other news reports of the incident, Michael Lohan denies getting arrested completely.
But the E! Online story I linked to above shows a mug shot that is credited to the Suffolk County Police Department.
