Dina Lohan is a Top Mom?

What kind of craziness is this? And it’s not a practical joke either. Lindsay Lohan’s mom, Dina Lohan, has been named one of Lond Island’s Top 20 Moms by Mingling Moms.

“We’re just honoring celebrities’ moms on Long Island,” a spokesperson from Mingling Moms tells OK! magazine. “It’s something for Mother’s Day. It’s a list of mothers from Long Island who have raised superstar children.”

Ok, so did they run out of celebrity moms on Long Island or something? And does raising "superstar" children qualify you as a great mom? Anywho, I’m not so mad really as just confused by the logic here.

Dina Lohan reportedly plans to attend the awards ceremony today.

The confusion comes when the word “logic” is the illogical word! — k?
