Considering auditioning at the American Idol Experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida? If so, you might want to watch the video below:
This video explains how the audition process works at the attraction. You must perform on of the 100+ songs on the list a cappella and, if the casting director(s) like you, you will move on to the next round. At that point, you will be seated in a room and provided with a special iPod so that you can prepare and rehearse for the second audition (which will be videotaped). After the second audition, you will get ready to perform on the American Idol Experience stage. How exciting is that!? Will you be trying out?

Brianna – you have to do to Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. From there, you can ask where the American Idol Experience is and you can go from there :)

This very misleading statement is posted on too many sites.
I watched the auditions at the front of the park this morning and there were a couple of brilliant, and attractive singers who tried out and were denied, however, almost all singers who appeared in the shows were down right terrible and unattractive.
They are not looking for talent, they are looking for a Joe Shmo to make a fool out of themselves on stage.
The judges were very plain with comments and it all sounded rehearsed.
I was quite disappointed.
