Recently, we heard the sad news that Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein had passed away. But before he left this world, he was working on a series for MTV about the pull of addiction and the struggle to overcome it. He was a recovering addict and wanted to help others to find their way to sobriety too. He worked to put together the series Gone Too Far that will premiere tonight on MTV at 10/9c.
Many of us know someone that has an addiction and some who may read this are struggling with their own addiction. Either way, I urge you to watch this show with someone you love. Have the courage to see what addiction is about and to help someone else who may be dealing with it. Or simply use it as a way to help yourself.
