When I first read on TMZ that Dr. Phil and his wife, Robin, were being sued 
by a skin care company, I couldn’t understand the connection but, after reading some of the details, I can see what happened.
Apparently, the couple have been named in a $4 million lawsuit stemming from when Robin allegedly promised Miracle Hydrate skin company that she’d feature their creams and lotions on Dr. Phil but, obviously, that never happened.
What’s the big deal? The company claims that they spent $650,000 “gearing up for the wave of sales they expected to follow” and are now demanding millions of dollars in lost profits.
What I would like to know is if they gave Robin a lifetime supply of the product or something because there seems to be something missing from this story to me. I will keep my eyes open for updates.
