I love celebrities who are funny off-screen. Dustin Hoffman is one of my favorite actors and I have so much respect for him but he can also make me laugh so hard when he’s just being himself.
In order to promote his new film Last Chance Harvey, Dustin was doing the talk show rounds. At one point he peered into the audience, declared that they were mostly baby boomers, and worried they might not want to see the movie. That’s when he decided to throw out Brad Pitt’s name – and anatomy in the hopes that a little lie about Brad having a naked cameo in the film would entice people to flock to the theaters. I couldn’t stop laughing, and Jimmy Kimmel was really quick to pick up on it and run with it too.
The Brad Pitt mention happens right near the end, after the eight-minute mark if you want to fast forward. The whole clip is pretty darn funny though if you like Dustin Hoffman – aside from the Brad joke, my favorite part was his story about how people always mistake him for Al Pacino.
In other Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie news, they’re still managing to lay low. They had slipped off to Berlin so Brad could finish filming some more scenes for Inglourious Basterds (which means his lovely goatee is probably gone and the moustache is back again), and they haven’t been seen since. While I miss seeing them, I’m glad that they’re managing to get so much quiet time and privacy lately. Hopefully we’ll be seeing them on the red carpet for the BAFTA Awards since they’re not very far away right now!

That was great. lol.
Brad has a great sense of humour about himself. And I love Dustin he’s a teddy bear! Hilarious!
Kimmel, Craig Ferguson(sp) and Colbert have major “problems” with Brad! hehehe
Now Chris Rock can be added to that list… LOL
There are pictures of them at a Berlin red carpet opening. She has her hair half up. I have to say, not the best look. Very strange. White pantsuit and huge diamond earring (just one).
Funny, If Brad ever see that maybe he will just have a good laugh too.
They were so funny. lol.
I find it interesting that so many big names in the industry find a way to work Brad or Angie’s names in to the comments. I was just reading a few minutes ago an interview that Chris Rock gave to CNN, and how hard it will be to make jokes about Obama. And then he said, it is almost impossible to make jokes about Brad Pitt. In the industry I believe that this couple is well respected and looked up too. In our world I think the hater’s are the people who just don’t like themselves and always have to be complaining and putting down.
that was funny.
thats so funny jimmy kimmel is so funny and smart he always catches the jokes and his comments are amazing
but what film was he talking about with brad pitt?
