This was a great combination! I love Ellen Degeneres and opera/crossover singer, Josh Groban, both so much and I was thrilled this morning to see him on her show. It got even better when Ellen suggested they sing a song together (Josh pretended to protest, claiming they didn’t have anything prepared but then miraculously produced a microphone from his back pocket!).
They actually sang “Total Eclipse of the Heart” and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! Ellen’s a brave woman to sing alongside an incredible talent like Josh Groban. The ending was absolutely ridiculous but, you had to expect it was going to go sour at some point
