Emma Roberts has signed on to star in a new movie, Hotel for Dogs. It’s a live-action comedy that revolves around two orphaned teenagers who hide dozens of stray dogs in an abandoned hotel. Sounds cute!
Visual effects maven Thor Freudenthal will make his feature directorial debut on the DreamWorks film. The movie is based on a novel by Lois Duncan, American writer and novelist, known primarily for her books for children and young adults, Moviehole reports.
Roberts, whose big-screen credits also include “Aquamarine,” recently signed on to reprise her role as the teen detective in a “Nancy Drew” sequel.
