Emma Watson has bought herself a French ski chalet!

I guess all that hard earned Hermione money was burning a hole in her pocket? It would mine!

According to the Telegraph, Emma Watson has bought a ski chalet in Meribel, France. Here’s the details:

“The house is Emma’s way of celebrating her recent straight As at A-Level and finally getting her hands on some of her hard-earned cash. She worked really hard this year and didn’t have much of a birthday party so this was a present to herself,” a friend told the paper.

“She’s always wanted a ski chalet and she’s having a great time doing it up. She’s looking forward to having friends to stay.”

Watson, a keen skier, is spending thousands on refurbishments and intends to throw a lavish party at her new ski chalet in France once work is complete.

Boy, now that sounds like fun – having your own little cottage to decorate any way you liked. I think mine might have some of these on the walls:
