Very cool news made its way into my inbox this morning. Eric Dane stars in ‘Wedding Wars’ a comedy about gay marriage – with a twist. If you’re interested in tickets for the red carpet screening of the film and the VIP party it will only set you back $40. You even get a gift bag! Unfortunately, I don’t think Eric Dane is in the gift bag … but I can ask
Proceeds will go to GLAAD, which is a great organization.
Here’s the official press release:

The romantic comedy from executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron (“Chicago,” “The Reagans,” “Hairspray”) premieres Monday, December 11 @ 9PM ET/PT on A&E.
Produced by Storyline Entertainment in association with Sony Pictures Television for A&E Network, “Wedding Wars” is directed by Jim Fall (“Trick,” “The Lizzie McGuire Movie”) from a script by Stephen Mazur (“Liar, Liar”).
If you can’t make it to the screening/party (like me – *cry*) you can find out more about the movie, here.
And if someone sees this, please email me and tell me what you thought!

This was such a wonderful movie! The reception was fantastic, the ambience was serene and the people were spectacular. If you missed it you missed a real treat! I’m GLAAD the proceeds went towards a very worthy cause. We need more great reputable organizations to represent the SGL community.
