Regis Philbin did a short interview with Miley Cyrus at the 80th Annual Academy Awards Show for ABC. He had her wave to the crowd who were going crazy behind her. I am pretty sure the biggest star of the night was Miley. There were a lot of excited people and everyone was trying to grab and interview with her.
