News of the World has compiled a long list of lesbian lovin’ (don’t you love my alliteration!) that Kevin Federline is going to use in his fight to get his kids out of Britney Spears’ House of Idiocy. Unfortunately, if HE gets them, they’ll be moving right over to his House of Mad Crazy Stupid, so there’s not much consolation there.
BRITNEY SPEARS is in danger of losing her two young boys to ex Kevin Federline after he compiled a damning dossier of her depraved behaviour.
The shocking catalogue of evidence, revealed for the first time by the News of the World, includes key testimony from a stunning dancer who shared a lesbian romp with the singer.
K-Fed has hunted down the mystery brunette. And her evidence will form part of a legal case aimed at proving HE provides the only chance for sons Sean Preston, nearly two, and Jayden James, 11 months, to enjoy a normal life.
And in another blow to the fallen pop babe we can reveal her family – including MUM Lynne – have agreed to back Federline in the custody battle.
Ironically, the bombshell comes as Britney unveiled an unexpectedly mumsy new look.
For the first time since she shaved off all her hair six months ago, she has ditched her wigs to reveal her natural short fair hair.
Federline, 29, will present his case at Los Angeles Superior Court on September 17. In it he will claim:
# LESBIAN bed-hopping proves Britney is an unfit role model for their kids.
# BOOZING and relentless partying shows her life is still spiralling out of control, and that she’s a….
# TERRIBLE mum who treats her boys like toys, according to former aides and security guards.
Key to the case will be the sexy dancer Britney disappeared with after a night out in Copenhagen in May 2004 on her Onyx Hotel tour.
The pair held hands as they left the infamous gay club Pan where she was partying with Kevin and her dancers.
One reveller revealed at the time: “They seemed really close. Britney was on Kevin’s knee and this girl was sitting next to them. and Britney were giggling all the time. At one point Britney stood up and danced round the table.”
The pair caught a cab to Britney’s £350-a-night suite at the Marriott hotel at 5am, followed by K-Fed and another man.
The reveller added: “Britney was all over the brunette in the cab. They went upstairs together at the hotel.” Federline realised that night was central to his case against Britney and sent private detectives to scour Europe looking for the girl.
When they found her he sent his closest aide — a person he trusts with his life — to speak to the girl and persuade her to join him against Britney. She has agreed to testify that Britney is an unfit mother.
Our revelations come as the singer — despite the looming custody hearing — appears to be going well and truly off the rails.
She was clearly DRUNK after shooting a video for comeback single Get Back on July 27. Dressed in fishnet stockings and a thong, she CAVORTED with dancers before performing a raunchy pole-dancing routine.
She also STRIPPED for a pool romp with Mike Encinias, an extra on the video. Pics of the antics prompted crisis talks with her legal team.
Our source revealed the reason behind her anguish: “The news that her mum has switched sides was a stake through her heart.
“She collapsed in floods of tears.”
We can also reveal that Federline’s lawyers have hit Britney’s former PA Shannon Funk with an order to meet them with a view to her giving evidence about the singer’s erratic behaviour.
They acted after pictures emerged of Britney in a lesbian romp with Shannon, 21. They showed the pair cavorting in a hotel pool with Shannon groping topless Britney’s boobs.
Our source said: “Kevin’s appalled and thinks it shows just how much of an unfit mum she is. He’s got a host of witnesses — security guards and assistants — who will testify against Britney.
“They have told how she screams at her boys in rage, gets drunk in front of them, leaves them festering in dirty nappies and feeds them coffee and soda in their bottles.”
Yet rather than cleaning up her act to fight back, Britney has been defying lawyers by going out boozing again.
Last week she hooked up with Cameron Diaz’s ex, TV magician Criss Angel, after he charmed her in an LA restaurant. They went to the Tower Beverly Hills hotel and held hands on the way to their 11th floor suite before opening a bottle of champagne on the balcony.
At 2am they went for a drive in his Rolls-Royce and returned at 4am — after ordering Britney’s bodyguard to pick up condoms at a 7-Eleven store.
The source added: “Why she’s decided to do this in the build-up to her custody trial is anyone’s guess.
“Kevin’s priority is his kids. He’s desperate for them not to be hanging around a boozy lesbian.”
The 25-year-old Toxic singer was seen crying as she left the offices of her lawyer Laura Wasser in LA on Tuesday. She had just been told that her mum was backing Federline.
