Recently, we spotted Indashio on the red carpet at the Really Awards Show. It made me wonder what he’s been up to since he son the VH1 series Glam God. So I was thrilled when I got the chance to ask him some questions about that.

Indashio is apparently doing very well. He has a spin-off reality show of his own in the works, he has several of his own fashion lines out and he’s become very successful! Here’s his official web site where you can see his new line and some of the magazine covers he’s done. There are also some other places he tells us in the interview where you can follow him.

Indashio is a completely original, creative and positive person. And his personality comes across in a big way in the interview:

Q: Looking back on your reality TV experience on Glam God, was it everything you expected it to be? Were there a lot of surprises in the experience for you?

Indashio: Yes! looking back a year later it was the most amazing experience not that many people get to experience that experience. Living with different people that all have a passion for fashion was so great! After the show .,.. I had GLAM GOD withdrawal… I was like…whats the next challenge! It has been great for my brand as well giving me the opportunity to see the world.

Q: What is the lovely Vivica A. Fox like in person?

Indashio: Vivica is a complete professional. I grew up watching her in my favorite movies like SET IT OFF and in Two Can Play That Game!

Q: How has your life changed since winning the show?

Indashio: The show enhanced my already amazing life. It had given me nationwide exposure. It changed my zipcode and bank account! It has made me even more motivated for sucess.

Q: What celebrities do you style regularly?

Indashio: I don’t really style any one regulary. It’s usually for an editorial, event or magazine cover.

Q: What tips can you give our readers about styling for themselves? (Most of us can’t afford a professional stylist to help us, even if we desperately need you!)

Indashio: Don’t be “scurred”!! Be over the top! GGet noticed and wear what you always dreamed of! You only live once, so look good doing it. When you feel good, you look good, so wear what you are comfortable with and what make you YOU!

Q: What new goals do you have since winning Glam God?

Indashio: I am always looking for new goals. My main ones right now are to open a store, a hotel, write a book, launch my Indashio Lip Tar by OCCMAKEUP.COM and continue to travel the world, inspiring others and giving back every way I can.

Q: Would you consider doing another reality show in the future? If so, which one would you most like to do?

Indashio: No. The only other reality show I would do is my own . My spin-off show is in development as we speak.

What i love about reality TV is that you’re able to share and tell your story! I want to tell my story to inspire others to be their best and to believe and think BIG!

Q: What are you most proud of in your career these days?

Indashio: Every time I get a copy of a magazine that I worked on and I see my work in there. To see it come alive. That, to me is so rewarding.

Q: Please catch us up on your life as a professional stylist.

Indashio: The truth is, after the show I got to hollywood and hated styling!!! I hated pulling clothes, ironing them, keeping track of them, returning them, dealing with magazines, agents, assistants, showrooms. It became really draining to my creative energy. I started to hate it! Maybe I was burned out from all the stuff I did prior to the show to get me where I am now. I lost my passion. I got it and I got over it …It wasnt enough!

So I left my agency ARTISTS by Timothy Priano and I focoused on my brand INDASHIO and my JET SET Collection and my New York Fashion Week Show and thats what I am doing. Creating beautiful clothes and sharing my vision at my over-the-top events around the world.

Q: What advice could you give to other young people who want to do styling for a living?

Indashio: Be posivite every second of your life! Have faith and BELIEVE! You will never fail if you never give up!

Q: If you had it to do all over again, would there be anything you would do differently?

Indashio: No, because I lived it up!!! And I’ll continue to live it up. Everything happens for a reason, so you have to have faith and believe!

Q: Are you on Twitter, Facebook or anywhere else we can follow you?

Indashio: Yes, I’m Indashio Inspires on Facebook and twitter.com/indashio although I dont really twitter much.

Q: Will you please update us from time to time on what you are up to?

Indashio: Of course!!!
