Fergie’s Solo Career the Cause for Possible Black Eyed Peas Split?

According to reports, the Black Eyed Peas are currently on shaky grounds. Rumors has it that Will.I.Am and Fergie have been butting heads. What’s the cause of this? Well, it might just be that all Fergie’s success and fame has gone to her head.

One source talks of a heated exchange between the group’s two most popular members, “Will.I.Am was ranting after their set about how arrogant she was acting. He griped that the whole thing had become ‘The Fergie Show’. He was so upset he said things are going to have to change if he group is going to stay together.”

In addition, Will is supposedly not happy that Fergie is signing on to appear in an upcoming movie called “Nine.” No reports have been confirmed as to whether or not the group is breaking up. It is kind of scary that their latest album is titled “The E.N.D.”.

It doesn’t usually tend to go well when one of the artists in a group or band decides to pursue a solo career. It’s unfortunate considering the group is what made Fergie who she is now. However, these are just rumors so hopefully there isn’t too much truth to them. It’d be a shame if the BEP broke up.
