The independent film “Fireflies in the Garden” starring Julia Roberts, Willem Defoe, Hayden Panettiere, Ryan Reynolds and many others finally has a release date!
“Fireflies” was released at the Berlin International Film Festival and around the globe last year. After a long wait, the movie will now be released to US audience on June 19, 2009 on a limited engagement.

The film is about a dysfunctional family who is torn apart after an unexpected tragedy. Hayden Panettiere starred as the young Jane Lawrence, who stayed with her aunt Lisa Waechter (Julia Roberts) the summer of the tragedy. Watch clips of Hayden on the film here.
