Here’s a nice little flashback of Beyoncé interviewing Aaliyah on the red carpet at the 2001 MTV Movie Awards. It was a mix of feelings seeing this interview. Unfortunately, this was the summer that Aaliyah passed away. She’s still in the hearts of her fans and I hope she’s in peace now. It was a nice interview and they both looked great!

i am the biggest Aaliyah fan. It’s really sad watching this video bc she seemed to be such a genuine person and to have a tragedy like that happen is horrific. She will always be missed.
you guys, i was just watchin videos onYOUTUBE, and there is one video from mtv were beyonce was still part of destinys child, and she was asked bout the man in her life….and she was like dad ,God, but more intresting, she said she had a crash on Leonardo DiCaprio, funny how she went from crushing one of the hottest man to crushing on Jay…lol..
