This gorgeous mugshot of 21-year-old Jessica Sierra comes to us courtesy of the Hillsborough Sheriff’s Dept. She was arrested today on felony battery charges after she allegedly hit a man on the head with a heavy glass. She was booked in the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after booking officers found a ’small amount of cocaine’ while searching her, Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said in a statement police said. Jessica was a top 10 contestant on American Idol in 2005.

Now she’s being sued by Dennis Hernandez, a high profile attorney in Tampa. Apparently the guy she hit with the glass hired him to sue her. What a mess she’s in…a little fame and already she’s in the news…
