Are you talking about “3e sexe” (the song they sing together .. their kind of “hymn” ?). IF this is it, the original version was from a French band called Indochine. This song was realeased in the mid-80s. Very goog song !!

I’m French, and I didn’t really follow the show this year. I did however listen to tainted love on youtube, to see what they hype was about, and I found Julien quite horrible. Bring back Christophe!

I live in Paris and although I’m not a big fan of French TV I’ve become addicted to the Nouvelle Star all because of Julien. I would really love to see him singing Prince’s Purple Rain or Little Red Corvette, and U2′s It’s a Beautiful Day or You Got Stuck in the Moment. I looked for a site where we can write sugestions to the candidates but couldn’t find one so if you know about it pleeeeease forward this message!!!

I was for my work in Paris (living in Sweden) and watching tv when I ended up with Nouvelle Star. It was the evening of Julien’s Lolita performance. I was truely amazed. Great! I have kept track of the programme since then and told my friends to look at You Tube. So even here in the North people have now heard of him!

Give me a break. I was on holiday in France and I have seen 3 episodes. And sorry but Julien sucks and can’t sing. Good example was “I Put a Spell on You”. But also that french song he sang later was bad when he had to put emotions in it..

By the way I was not impressed by the level of all performances. Their english was terrible and also the jury is not critical enough (1 good news show)

I am from Los Angeles California. Julien is absolutely fantastic. He is so much better than most of the American Idols I have watched, and he also reminds me a lot of Jim Morrison. I know he will win. Such a great talent he has.

hey there, im french and a great fan of Julien since his first performance. Just love the way he can make an old and rubbish song into a new beautiful one and how impressive he is on stage ! Im surprised to find people over there who heard about him and who actually like him :-)
