Friday Flashback: Britney Spears "Toxic" performance

After I wrote yesterday about the fact that Britney Spears is nominated for a Grammy this year and that the last Grammy she won was for “Toxic” in 2005 I couldn’t get the song out of my head. Sounds like a good candidate for the Friday Flashback to me!

I love this performance. While I think that Britney did a great job with her Circus performances on tour, I miss these “old days”. She seemed to really get into the dance routines even more than she does now. Then again, I guess it’s easier to do a high-energy dance routine for one song than it is to do it for a whole concert.
