Friends co-star Lisa Kudrow will guest star on Courteney Cox’s new ABC sitcom, Cougar Town, on Jan. 6.
But the Friends co-stars won’t be friends on Cougar Town, according to Entertainment Weekly.
“They didn’t want to play friends,” executive producer Bill Lawrence, who quickly came up with a different role for Kudrow, told EW. “She plays a dermatologist who is a horrible, horrible person, but [Cox] goes to her because she’s the best. The [sight] of them playing people who dislike each other intensely was very funny for me to watch.”
So that will be pretty funny to watch, huh? Are you excited that Lisa and Courtney will be reunited on the new show?
