Garth Brooks, Jennifer Nettles to Perform at Inauguration

Garth Brooks and Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland are slated to perform at We Are One: The Obama Inaugural Celebration At The Lincoln Memorial, the Opening Celebration for the 56th Presidential Inauguration.

The event will be aired on HBO Sunday, January 18 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Other performers include Beyonce, Bono, Sheryl Crow, John Mellencamp, Shakira and Queen Latifah.

HBO will be airing the event over an open signal, meaning anyone with cable or satellite will be able to watch for free. I’m excited to see what Garth and Jennifer will perform!
