Gene Simmons, most famously from the musical group “Kiss,” was on the Today show where he talked about being over 50, being a spokesperson for the AARP and being on tour again with “Kiss.” He also talked a bit about his reality television program, “Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels” (I haven’t seen it but I heard it was pretty good).
I find it really encouraging that stars are making an effort to change the perception of aging and the AARP because the quality life doesn’t have to go down after 40! I’ve heard a lot of people say that life actually gets better. I know that I wouldn’t want to go back to the way I used to think when I was 20! Anyway, it was a fun segment. Watch it here:
