General Hospital : February 13th Recap

Jax wants to know, what is it about Kate’s past she’s so afraid of. Kate made him promise not to utter a word. Blah blah blah. I love her bob with bangs. I wish I’d look as beautiful like that if I ever decide to get my hair styles like it. . Jax said I’m sure with a few calls he’d be able to uncover her secrets so can anyone. He said mum is the word but he’s hoping she’s not just doing it to get Sonny back. Too late Jax. Kate’s initial bravada act is gone. She’s just like any other woman in sonny’s life who’s willing to degrade themselves just to be with the Mobster. Sad and pathetic.

Jason visits Sam. She’s surprised why he’s asking too much about the hit and run, like he cares. Jason in his own way apologized for not helping Sam get over their break-up. He didn’t necessarily do anything to alleviate Sam’s bitterness. Not sh!t Sherlock. Then Sam dropped the bombshell. She couldn’t remember anything else since she was fighting off the TMK too. Jason was surprised about that little info. Sam taunted him, the mighty Jason who knows everything whose crimes are worse than everybody else in PC wasn’t privy about the TMK attack. But then Sam realized Jason actually believes her. Must be Liz’s influence. Pfft. Then Sam’s Doctor showed up and told Jason to leave Sam alone. I hope he’s not the TMK. He’s kinda cool now that he was defending Sam from Jason..LOL.

Meanwhile, Liz was on the verge of confessing to Lucky. She tells him it’s her fault Sam is hurt. But stupid Lucky, my gosh I just want to smack him upside down, I swear. Oh no it’s not your fault. Maybe it’s Jason. He was at the scene checking things out. Liz said hell no Jason didn’t hit Sam. The wench can go to sleep at night telling herself she tried to confess about maybe running Sam off the road but Lucky wouldn’t shut up so I’m a good girl again. I tried to let him know but not really. Grrrrr.

I love the friendship between Diane and Alexis. Great talents those two. Alexis felt a presence outside so they turned the lights off. Diane got her gun and accidentally knocked the Mayor off the ground. While they tend to him, Kristina looks outside and started screaming her guts out. I think we’re close to solving the TMK mystery. I’ll discuss this in length later.

Luke asked Sonny for a job. Sonny is not sure about it. The business has changed. Michael Sr. visited Sonny to let him know about Michael’s bullet purchase at the docks. Sonny went to see Michael and because Sonny has no concept of “kids do lie” he believed Michael when he said he didn’t have a gun.

Luke meets Claudia. He warns her about Sonny’s love for his family. And then, and then, while Claudia was playing pool, Jason showed up. Claudia issued a challenge. No words, just smiles and OMG! I just saw the future. Forget Sonny and Claudia. Definitely forget boring Liz and Jason. Claudia and Jason forever. The smile that Jason gave Claudia was the best. Instant chemistry even though they’re not even touching each other. I think I just found my new favorite couple in GH .
