The truth is out. Jax knows that Kate lied to set Carly up. Kate showed up at Jax’s room in Metro Court. Carly was there too. They were obviously doing something, hehe. Well maybe did something the night before.
Kate informed Jax about the projection sales of Crimson. There is some new thing they need to do though. Kate has been talking to Gwyneth and Natalie about it. I’m guessing Paltrow or Portman as cover features? Jax looked into the paper works, while watching Carly applymoisturizer on her legs. Carly was seducing Jax in front of Kate. The latter is getting distracted that she asked her to that is somewhere else but Jax albeit distracted slightly didn’t want to shoo his wife away. It was funny actually.
Then as Kate was leaving, he busted Kate’s ass for lying. She tried to defend herself by saying Carly has been volatile against her, even trying to sell Crimson to Claudia Zacchara. Jax didn’t think that matters anymore. See, he expects that from Carly but not from his business partner who should know better than to cross Carly. Anyhooo, Jax intimated that if it happens again, he may or may not sell. Or worse find someone trustworthy to run Crimson. Kate promised it will never happen again.
The whole time this was going on, Carly was in the background looking stupefied by the whole thing. She didn’t know he was investigating the phone records. He checked out the phone calls from Crimson office, there was no records of a phone call to Carly. Then Jax called Roger (or Robert) where he found out, the meeting was scheduled at the last meeting. Duhhhh.
See, Kate can’t be a criminal. She doesn’t know how to cover her tracks. These are the things she needs to ask Sonny or Jason about. Or even Carly, heh.
So there we go. Carly is happy to have Jax’s trust back and I guess they’re back together. See, if Carly does something wicked she’ll look you in the eye and admits it and then say she’ll do it again. When she defends herself with gritted teeth it means she’s telling the truth.

I was happy Kate got called out on her mess. Kate felt dumb when she walked in and Carly was sitting there it’s like she knew her plan didn’t work. Kate thought that Jax wasn’t gonna find out, her and Clarice. Carly was so happy. Then when Kate when to Sonny’s house she made it seem like she really didn’t do anything wrong. Sonny told her ” It’s like waving a red cape infront of a bull “. Sonny’s right don’t mess with Carly, she goes around spying on russian mobsters. Speaking of which it was crazy today how Karpov tried to intimidate Jax. Karpov was so jealous seeing Carly with Jax and now Jax is gonna get his green card revoked. I see trouble in Jax’s future with Karpov now he’s in danger.
Kate is out of her league when it comes to messing with Carly – She has Sonny(for now) she should just leave Carly alone.
