There are some things that you just don’t want to hear coming out of the mouths of your favorite celebs, and right there at the top of the list would be advice on how to poop better. Yet, Gwyneth Paltrow has decided to bust through this barrier with her latest diatribe over at her nutty alternative health website, GOOP.com, along with a whole menu for a seven day cleanse diet. Here we go:
“If your bowel movements get sluggish, you can accelerate things by drinking half a cup of castor oil or using a mild herbal laxative. Bowel elimination is paramount for correct detoxification.”
Do you think she and best pal Madonna sit around and compare this kind of thing? I bet you anything that they do – it seems like the kind of topic that they would both really be enthusiastic about. That and exercising 16 hours a day.
