I just need to say that I’ve always hated Logan and always will. He knew that becoming a journalist was Rory’s dream. He knew that she would need some time to relax after graduating YALE. He just wanted to marry her because he needed to go to California. But Rory is smarter than that. She had to focus on her own future. Logan and Rory’s relationship was like a roller-coaster ride anyway. In my opinion, Rory made the right decision.
Lorelai is terrified about Rory growing up because she’s a mom. She wants Rory to be her little girl forever. Personally, I feel the same way. If you’ve watched from the beginning, like I have, you watched Rory grow up. You’ve become attached to her and Lorelai’s relationship. You don’t want to let go either.
For me, when this show ended, it was like losing a whole other family. For some people, Gilmore girls is more than just a TV show. It’s a whole other world, where you know you are safe and will always be happy. And then when it finishes, you can’t accept the fact that it’s really over and all you have left are 7 years of memories.

Lorelai is embarassed about singing to Luke becasue she doesnt want to admit her feeli ngs to him staright up yet.

I think Lorelai is not ok with Logan proposing to Rory in only that she beleives they are too young to get married. Also in a way Lorelai is unsure about what Rory would say to Logan.

No, I beleive Luke knows that Lorelais song was a big deal but wants her to admit that it was.

No I think Lorelai is scared and does love him but doesnt want to tell him. At the same time Luke should make a move back after the song, but i can see why he hesitates because he beleives that Lorelai said it was no big deal so it wasnt.

Luke is ready to get back with lorelaii and liz helps him realize that.

Lorelai tells babette and miss patty the serenade was nothing to get them off her back because she wants to figure out her own feelings.

Why does Luke believe what he overhears, that the serenade was nothing?
because Lorelai said it and luke beleived it the way she said it

Is Luke mad that Lorelai’s gesture was (perhaps) not real?
I think he is more upset about it than mad

In the diner, was Lorelai trying to test Luke to see if he had any response to her gesture, whether authentic or not?
umm i dont think so i dont think she realized she could hear her when she said that because i think if she knew he could hear her, she wouldnt have said that.

Why is Lorelai terrified about Rory growing up?
because then rory is moving on away from lorelai

Is Lorelai realizing that she can’t always be 100% sure in love? Is she ready to take that leap of faith with Luke?
    YES

Does Luke realize he’s not ready? Is that why he doesn’t give Lorelai the necklace?
Or, does Luke think that Lorelai had a moment to speak up to him and she didn’t?
    more the 2nd one
