Time has listed Gilmore Girls as one of The 100 Best TV Shows of All-TIME for 2007. The list is not ordered, but it’s great to see Gilmore Girls getting its due recognition by the media!
Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel must have had personal trainers who had them lift tiny weights with their tongues. Amy Sherman-Palladino’s chatter-rich scripts brilliantly took single mom Lorelai and teen daughter Rory and made them the stars of a Tracy-Hepburn love story. (Sample: Rory teases her mom about dating a much younger man. Lorelai: He’s in his twenties! Rory: He must have been a very good boy to deserve such a happy day. I bet they let him ride a pony.) But what sold the show was Graham and Bledel, as a mother-daughter duo who could never say I love you—however indirectly and snarkily—often enough, or in too many words.

BEST SHOW EVER! Mom and I can soo relate to this shhow. It’s full of laughs and cries and you learn a lot from it. I love Rory and Lorelai! My mom and I are the mother daughter duo like them, it brings family’s together for an hour. We own ALL the seasons and we watch about on averge 4 episodes a day! They definatley should make a season 8 I WANT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER HELLO THEY LEFT US ON A CLIFFHANGER!
We got GG here (ireland) from the start and fell in love with the world they let me excape to.I watch the re-runs all the time to pick me up at the end of every day. Im so sad its over but cant wait for the movie, we have to see Luke and Lorelai’s wedding!!!
I AM THE GILMORE #1 FAN I HAVE ALL 7 SEASONS AND I HAVE POSTERS AND I HAVE SEEN EVERY SEASON AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND I HAVE BEEN IN A CAR CRASH WITH RORY AND JESS,BEEN IN THE RELATIONSHIP WITH RORY AND DEAN AND I GRADUATED WITH RORY TWICE AND LORELAI ONCE AND I HAVE BEEN ALONG THE EMOTIONAL RIDE WITH LUKE WAITING FOR LORELAI AND WITH ALL THEIR DISAGREEMENTS I STILL WISH THEY GOT MARRIED I TRULY KNOW AND LOVE THE GILMORE GIRLS
Gilmore Girls is the most amazing show in the entire universe!! Even, i think beating Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, which i am a massive fan of!!
I love everything about the show and it is so unfair that it’s only 7 seasons long!! It’s still on air here in england on E4 every weekday, and we only have 2 episodes left till it is finished!! It sucks, cos i love it so much!!!

I’m portuguese, I just met gilmore girls two weeks ago… but I already saw 4 season! I’m crazy! I really love them!

I agree, we must keep GG alive forever and ever… because then someday they will bring this show and it should be for at least 4 more seasons. I’m not a huge fan of 7th Heaven and GG is more successful here, our best show!!! This show deserves more than 11 seasons.7 seasons are definitelly not enough, under 10 seasons is not enough. I think it’s great, too that so many fans think the same way. I know I’m a crazy German addicted GG fan… thank God… love/miss GG, best show ever

Without Lauren Graham as Lorelai….It wouldn’t be Gilmore Girls. Lorelai was made for Lauren as Lauren was made for Lorelai. The perfect match. We never know when Lorelai ends and start Lauren…they are the same, and that’s how Lauren got the public and made everybody fall in love with her and Lorelai. Lauren build an eternal career for her….she’ll be remembered forever, just like Audrey Hepburn or Katherine Hepburn.
