I totally agree i hated the last episode of gilmore girls, i really dont think logan and rory should have broken up they were so right for each other, and i think they should have shown luke and lorelei getting married but anyhoo i guess all these little blunders leaves room for a great movie which ties in the loose ends. I agree look at sex and the city who thought that movie would have done so well whereas gilmore girls can be alot more entertaining…………PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN WE HAVE A GILMORE MOVIE!!!!

YES!!! WE NEED a MOVIE!!! I really hated the way they ended things. It was written to be a season finale, not a series finale. That is why there is a lot of unclosure, with Luke and Lorelei and Rory and Logan. When they did the episode, they thought there would be more episodes, but then decided against it. I especially hated what happened with Rory and Logan. That stunk big time! Also, wasn’t Suki pregnant??! I couldn’t watch the last episode more than once, and I watch the other episodes all the time! It makes me SICK to watch it and see how this wonderful show ended! Closure would be wonderful. A movie on the BIG SCREEN would do WONDERFULLY. Just look at Sex in the City, they are even making a second one now! Gilmore Girls would definitely do as well, or better!!! Come on, EVERYONE I talk to about this agrees that it should be made into a movie!!! Give this great show the ending it deserves, with the original writers!!!
I’ve only just found gilmore girls and dont know the stories behind it all or why it was stopped as i live in England. I have to say i’ve been so addicted to watching it i haven’t been able to concentrate on anything else. when i watched the last ep it was hard to believe that a program as good as gg was at its end, with so many opportunities to finish story lines. i didnt think the ending was bad it was just lacking everything you hope for when watching it. I hope in some way they can bring it back with more seasons and a movie as a bonus. Not sure what i am going to watch now that will top gg, i don’t think anything ever will. I will keep my fingers crossed for someone to make it all happen.
the ending waz the worst and the stupiest endin i have ever seen .u dont end a tv series like that ,i mean wot da hell waz dat,rory sayin no 2 logan and gettin a jod with barack obama waz the cheapest endin ever and lor not ending up with luke after 8yrs of lovin eachother waz just meaninless . the whole ending sucks .there neeed 2 be a season 8 better still a gg movie .you just dont rush into endin a series like dat .nnnooooooooooooooway . the endin jst made me cry .i mean how could u say no 2 logan a guy u claim 2 love and loves u back.so wot waz the point of the series.wot does it teach us.you cant end a series saying dat after yrs of loookin 4true love u end up not findin truelove instead u go work for barack obama dnt get me wrong guys i love barack obama bt the endin waz sad

I’m probably in the minority here, but I think that the show ended perfectly… I’m actually kind of worried about where it might go from here.
The show was about the way in which the three generations of Gilmore Girls (yes, three) came to understand each other and rely on each other. Rory’s leaving to pursue a job is somewhat akin to Lorelai’s initial flight from under her parents’ wing. It’s a perfect full circle ending… any continuation would want to be something pretty special to mess with that.
Not that I don’t have faith in ASP to give us those final four words in a way that will leave us all blubbering… but I really enjoyed the final season and the final episode (much more than the mess that was season 6). I’m content to let it rest.
i agreee so much there should be a gilmore girls movie and another season but for sure a movie what i think is luke and loralie should get married and rory gets back with jess he was the perfect guy for her but dont wait to long to do the movie cause then….well i just cant wait
i agree with Samantha up a little farther they ended horribly luke and loreli kissing then wut logan and rory are so not over they so should have gotten married you dont go from asking someone to marry you to not seeing each other ever again. And i dont think rory should have taken that job she wont see any one for a long time. i just watched the 7th season againg and got right on here to see if there is gonna be a movie to tie it up. THERE BETTER BE OR THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME VERY UPSET FANS!!!!!!!!!
I think it’s even better to wait longer if the result is then better (if we get then a few more seasons).
I think Amy Sherman – Palladino should do her 7th season as a movie so she can go on after the movie with a few more seasons on tv.
Dude!!!!!!!!! we need a Movie Gilmore Girls ended sooooooooooo bad. It was sooo bad they rushed it and slopped it all together. I think all Gilmore Girl fans can agree we need closure. I lost it when they ended the show like that. There are so many unfinished stories. Are Luke and Loralie back together? Is Logan really gone? And lots of other stuff we need a Gilmore Girls movie!!!!!!!!!!!! You know what I think they should do the movie and then put the show back on the air. The show is the best show since I Love Lucy. You cant just let it end the way it did. Amy I’m on youre side please do the movie!!!!!!!! I will always be a Gilmore Girl fan. The amazing show needs an amazing ending.

Listen I am very happy that Amy says she will do the gilmore girls movie,and she says that she needs someone else other than us GG fans to want her to do it as well I assume she means networks but she mentioned peter roth….so come on GG fans lets try to get someone to ask her to do it……We all need a better ending to gilmore girls …..
